That one doesn't use a magnet.

It uses a magic catalyst and everyone knows that catalysts are what they use at the refinery and in car exhaust pipes so it has to be good. So good in fact that the refiners are afraid to use it because it would improve diesel performance so much that they couldn't sell as much fuel.
