US to Cuba

Has anyone in the US arranged for travel with their boat to Cuba post-the-latest-trump-restrictions?

Contemplating going that direction after hurricane season....

Had a Cuban patrol boat shadow us for about 8 hours one time. Made us all feel uneasy.
