I'm looking for a 40-50 foot trawler (Grand Banks, or similar) in Florida or the Bahamas that would be available for a month long bareboat charter summer of 2014. Anyone know of a specific boat or a broker that specializes in trawler charters?

Thanks!

No particular boat or charter company recommendations for you. If I was heading down to that neck of the woods and needed solid leads the first 2 phones to call is either Judy Waldman or Tucker Fallon's. You'd be hard pressed to find 2 more knowledgeable or personable marine professional's. If either of them can not accommodate you they can certainly steer you in the right direction.

Google either of their names and you'll see their contact info.

I'm cruising from Fort Lauderdale do Brazil but now my boat is at Luperon- Dominican Republic and my second leg is in the middle of May, to Trinidad.
I'm considering to leave the boat there and in the end of the hurricane season, return the Caribbean and go back to Bahamas. Its a place that I intend cruise again slowly.
If we return, I'll tell you and you can use my boat.
