Saw an advertisement for a portable Traeger BBQ/smoker. Looks like the low AC current draw would not be an issue, nor would be the pellet storage.
Has anyone used one of these for barbecuing or fish smoking, if so what are potential problems?

I see the biggest problem with marine bbqs is WIND some are built to withstand 40 knot winds and cheap and cheerful go out with the slightest puff .I love my Weber Q but its useless on the boat
