Towing the USCG

Was passing through the Seattle Locks this AM and saw the USCG getting towed in! Took two tugs to get it done. In the third shot, you can see the prop wash from the little tug trying to get the USCG ship moving! That little tug was hobby horsing and swerving back and forth trying to get the ship moving.

It looks like it is the USCG bouy tender Hickory, nickname the Bull of the North: USCGC Hickory (WLB-212) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I noticed the Bull of the North name on the crane and looked it up on Google.
