This pic is on the day of closing about 5 weeks ago. The beauty standing in front is 4 time Miss Florida, my daughter.

Maybe you shoulda had her help ya load pictures. Last night, my granddaughter showed me how to record YouTube videos. Next week maybe she will show me how to mix the videos together. Gonna load up the hard drives for next years trip up north.

These kids are pretty savvy on this stuff!

Before & after in one photo...the black line is before shoveling snow, and the photo was taken after shoveling.

The black line is diesel fuel leaking from several boats which sunk after we got seven feet of snow in two days + the road to the marina was close for a couple days + the power was out for three days.

Takes a bunch of weight to sink a 30' boat that much

Our cap rail before and after. Willy was out on the hard while we were overwhelmed w domestic issues. Buying and selling houses ect.

Chris mixed up some stuff and took all the black mold off.

Three years and after countless hours and boat bucks our project list is down to a couple but the results have been very satisfying. Here is the outside at least, before and after.

101Tug: Nice setup. Where did you get the hand hold loops for the ladder? It doesn't look like part of the ladder.
