Tampa Bay Surveyor recommendations?

I am moving into the stages of purchase where I will be hiring a marine surveyor for a 46' trawler located on the Gulf side of Florida. I would appreciate any advice from those with knowledge of GOOD and/or BAD experiences with marine surveyors working this area in the recent past. Thank you all for any help you may be able to provide

I was not happy with the results I received from Mike Davenport (boat) and David Downes (Engine) in Sarasota, November of 2012.
