Surveyor has just informed me he is no longer available for a few weeks. Looking for competent pre-purchase surveyor for a 52' DeFever (long range cruiser - twin Cat 3208's NA). Stuart FL area.

Check out Ed Rowe in Vero Beach. He did the survey on my trawler 4/17 and both the broker and I were impressed with him.

I just used Chris Pliske of international Marine Surveyors Ft Lauderdale and couldn’t be more pleased. The first boat was surveyed a few weeks ago and I passed based on Chris’ survey. Just had go to the west coast of Florida for the second survey, we close the first of November.

Over the years I had lots of surveys but I’m sold on this guy and firm.
