considering a 28' albin with yanmar 6LP so probably need engine surveyor as well.

Bunker Hill 949-646-3038. Bunker has been doing surveys in the area for many years and has a great rep. I have used him for 2 boats and he was thorough, honest and very informative. I would use him again without hesitation.
