Storing the mast when in storage?

How easy is it going to be to lower the mast for transit as my Swift 34 will be stored ashore when not in use?

I have made a teak support to lower it onto just hoping its all easy?

Don't own a Swift 34' and have not done it but we did look at a new Swift 34' at Trawlerfest and it looked like lowering the mast would be a piece of cake. If I recall correctly, they said it was aluminum and could be easily handled by 2. I have also seen one put into heated winter storage and the mast was resting on a stud but didn't observe the lowering.
