Recommendation for surveyor in Portland OR area?

Hi all,

Can you recommend a good boat surveyor and mechanic (for mechanical survey) in the Portland OR area? needed for a 45 foot trawler

Also looking recommendations on live abord slip marinas - uncovered and covered.

I've used Skeeter Kershaw twice for routine insurance surveys on a*35' Ponderosa and just recently my 46' Cheoy Lee LRC, and have found him to be very competent.* He can recommend a mechanic to survey the engines and mechanical systems as well.* There are several available.* Contact follows:

Should have mentioned in my earlier reply.* I've just released my 50' covered slip at Channel Island Marina, right under the Sauvie Island Bridge.* Concrete floats, steel overhead. Secure, clean and convenient.* Unfortunately not a livaboard marina.
