Rather than a new boat, how about a "makeover" of the old one?

Flywright has just done one to emphasize his "softer" side:

I'd never ride in a pink boat (or car either).

There is a photographer based in Vancouver, BC who specializes in marine photography, mainly boats and ships. Her company is called SeaSnaps. http://www.seasnaps.com/ Her camera platform is a power cat with an elevated seat on it. This tiny photo is all I could come up with, but this is her boat.* We've been seeing her and her boat in the Gulf Islands for years, and apparently she is very good at what she does.* There is a portfolio of sample photographs on her website.

Funny, it was just last week that he sent me a picture from his family reunion!

That must be where he got the idea. Either that or because he's a big fan of my "Breton Reds".

*Maybe you wouldn't but I knew plenty of girls that would! This is the only pink car I've ever owned, and wish like hell I still had it, just a picture of it on my shop wall now. *Seldom had more fun than cruising the local beaches in that thing. - Boyd

That's beautiful, Dwhatty! With that paintjob, I'll be easy to spot on TV during the America's Cup races in 2013 in San Francisco.

The Admiral says the only thing missing is a pink flamingo on the bow.* I'm shopping online for one now.* Gotta keep the Admiral happy!* ;-)

Is this what you had in mind? You can choose from the original or the new, revised version.

Gee Dave, I think Russ bought a trawler and is already touring to promote the movie. *Looks like he flies the dreaded Skull & Stiletto Flag.
