Rain water leak

I have a 1983 CHB Trawler designed by Ed Monk It has leaked rain water thru the hatch in the lazarett, how can I stop it from leaking?

Remove the hatch, clean the mating surfaces and re-bed with Dolphinite, butyl tape or the caulk of your choice.

On both sides of the cockpit, we have deck drain fittings flush with the teak floor that lead to an above water thru hull. The Laz covers fit in a trough that has a small drain fitting at the lowest point. Then through a small hose and t-fitting they tie into the deck drains. Seems to work well. I think this is a factory installation.

Thank you very much , when we leave the Diana Rose11 for any length of time those small drain holes plug up.

Same here, It's a boat thing.
