I've been watching some of Cliff Mass's lectures on YouTube. He's got some pretty strong opinions on various matters with an ego to match, but he is pretty critical of the Organizational Structure at the NOAA weather centre. Worth a read I think. I suspect there are similar issues up in Canada.
