I'll start with an apology - the post title reminds me of a bad, old joke:

The young lass asked the Scotsman what he wore under his kilt and he said "Put your hand up there and find out!" She did and shouted "Oh, gruesome!" To which he replied "Aye, lass. Keep your hand there & it'll grow some more."

Sorry,

Nice wood work. That will make a fine yacht when you are done. Are you restoring or building?

What is the first picture? Looks to be the stringer for the engine.

Do you enter the engine room from the stern deck?

She is starting to take shape!

Man you have got it going on there.

I love the shape of the hull pure sexy.

The curve of the hull the bilge keels and all that beautiful wood.

Man that is nice.

Thank you guys

Phil.
Those are the engine stringers. The saloon stern wall will be removable and it will take 20 minutes to take it out or put it in. I can use a forklift and set/unset/change the engine with the gear attached at any time. The reason why I haven't put it in yet is because I bought an AQUADRIVE transmission which is not yet in my possession.

More pictures to come soon

Swampu

That's sherry cedar.
By the way, those steps are locked/unlocked with a smooth push/pull movement and the stairs move on its own up/down. It's amazing how much car technology is being applied in this boat. Once the stairs are up, there's a sound proof door to the engine room with a see thru glass port. In the starboard side there’s a machine shop with all panels/manifolds and a washing machine
