Passagemaker subscription

Has anyone else been having problems with their digital subscription to Passagemaker Magazine? I renewed my subscription back in November and despite several emails and phone calls from Australia to the U.S. I am still unable to access the magazine. No only that but now I can't access back issues that were paid for ages ago. Has anyone had this experience? One very unhappy subscriber.

They have a new app which you have to download to access the site.

And you also have to login each time to get new issues. Its a pretty clunky app.

Thanks guys, done all that....never had a problem until they went to iTunes, bad move imho.

Yes. I had problems too. I abandoned the app. I was told the app requires a separate subscription. I also was unable to login to the regular website. Was told that the user name is my email and the password is also my email. That worked.

They need a new IT team. It was bad before, and seems to be getting worse.
