I bought a small sail boat / tender (real small) mainly for the kids to play on. The bottom is rough, so needs a rebuild. I intend to sand her down, lay in fiberglass cloth, and epoxy over it to reinforce the hull and create some strength. I've done such before.
But never have painted a boat except for bottom (ablative) paint. Any recommendations as to brand/type of paint to use? The Awlgrip brand looks like a good bet with the primer and finish coats available in many colors.
