heck it's a sailboat, but this is pretty neat....

 
It wasn't obvious to me how they brought the boat back to an upright position?
 
Probably drew the bags inward toward the hull using lateral lines on winches.
 
Lateral lines are visible. I have hung stuff (people and 5 g pails of water) from the boom before.
 
Is that on the Cross-Fla canal trip? IIRC, there is one bridge less than the ICW minimum of 65' where sailboats do that fairly regularly.

Sure looks like the Okeechobee canal to me.
 
No need to pull the bags in first to level the boat, just lower them into the water.
 
Entering Lake O from the east there is a 48ft bridge .

For rag baggers a local service will use a barge to haul the mast down enough to clear.

On our 90/90 the dink out on the end of the boom , filled with water was enough to heel enough to pass.

Scary hearing the VHF wonder whip SS antenna tink along the bridge bottom knowing a Bosch big buck anchor/steaming light was inches from doom!
