If I'm reading between the lines a bit on this, I would speculate that the costs associated with the manufacturer selling a boat into CA will go down (due to lower paperwork costs) so possibly the cost of the boat to the purchaser might go down a bit.


We can only hope this happens for our Canadian brethren.
