New heater

Hi have just about finished fitting a Planar diesel heater to our boat it works real well just have to finish the fuel tank and duct to front cabin

Crashley: I've been thinking about doing the same. Care to expand on what was involved?

Great looking boat by the way...did you do the restoration/conversion?

Hi we got the boat already converted still trying to find the history of it
The hardest part of installing the heater was working out where to mount it and where to run the exhaust and ducts all this type of heater all seem to be very similar and some have better instructions than the others It was hard to keep the exhaust away from anything as it does get very hot I also had to make an insulated exhaust fitting I will take some pictures of the installation when I am down at the boat next you can email If you want some more info
