Navionics chart page reverts to download page while navigating

I emailed Navionics about an issue I have noticed while navigating with my Navionics Boating HD app on my iPad Pro for the past month. While navigating an active route on the chart page, it reverts to the download page about every 10 minutes. Their support staff sent a prompt reply that they are aware of the issue and are working on a solution.

Thanks for the update. I have not seen this issue on the Android version. I wonder if it's specific to the iPad version. I also have the HD version (but from the Play store instead of the apple store).
