Spring (warm weather) came early to the Left Coast.

82f today and the ice is off the river, I'am hoping the weather stays warm enough that the hull will warm to 50f+ so the marina can get the barrier coat and bottom paint done. Hull temp checked last week at 34f.

We went out yesterday for the first time this year. Temps in the mid-60's, no wind, a very high, thin overcast. We were out for about 4 hours and cruised about 50 miles. Didn't see but one small fishing boat.

Darn near a perfect day on the water.

Try a -40 windchill. Some people made the best of it by building hockey rinks on the frozen bay.
