License plate frame
Goofy question for a boating forum, but here goes.* My daughter wants to get her father a license plate frame for his truck (for Christmas) that has some catchey boating phrase.* Any of you have any ideas?* And no I don't think "I''d rather be boating/sailing" is a good one.

RE: License plate frame
I have seen "I'd rather be trawling" somewhere. Wouldn't mind one of those

RE: License plate frame
I think the word "trolling" is the one with the bad connotations, i.e, trolling for hookers. Should be pretty safe with trawling.

RE: License plate frame
Steve,
You may have seen it on our vehicles. Paula gave them to me for Christmas a few years ago. It says "I'd Rather Be Trawlering". If anyone is interested I can ask her where she got them.

Unfortunately, I don't see the license plate frames listed now.

RE: License plate frame
Oh but you can get a THONG that says I'd rather be Trawlering... LOL.
I saw a lincense plate frame last night that said "Getta outta my way, I'm going to Bingo"--that could be modified to fit with boating, trolling, trawlering,*whatever...*
