I think the reason that heart attack deaths are often listed as hurricane related deaths is that there are no emergency services available during a hurricane. People who normally would have been saved, die because they can't get help.

Fringe bands of Hermine now on Cape Cod (East Falmouth). North winds with gusts to 40mph today and tonight. Occasional horizontal sheets of rain. Our Rosborough is well secured at dock. Not enough rain to have impact on months-long drought, however.

We got jostled around pretty good late yesterday afternoon and into the night here in Mystic, Ct. It was a creaky night, nothing a couple of extra lines couldn't handle though.
Looks like were in for that for a couple of days.
