This is the "End Taxpayer Subsidies for Yachts Act" that died in committee two years ago. The title sounds good right and I would vote for that? But what it really does is end the second home IRS interest deduction for boat owners.
Supposedly it was once again introduced into committee around the 1st of July 2013.
