Can anyone help me with the make and model of this boat??

I've not seen a Cheoy Lee like that with a broken shear nor have I seen an OA, quite like that. Lots of Potuguese bridges around.

Looks like the name might be something like Sea Jay but nothing comes up.

Where did the picture come from; a "coast" might better pin it down.

This picture was taken in Clearwater, FL in 1992.

My friend is asking me to find out the make & model and he said that the owner of the boat told him that it was 54' long.

My friend had spent a weekend on it fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and he couldn't remember any details about the boat.

Thanks guys for trying to help us identify this boat!!!
