I am going to dry store our boat for several months while my wife recoups from neuro surgery and am not sure what or how to prepare her (boat, not the wife). Should I fill her fuel tanks (condensation) or run them down? Does anyone know of a source for a checklist I should follow? Any help from you pros is always appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It depends a lot on where you are.
Here in Maine my list is as follows:

1) Fill fuel tanks
2) Change oil and filter
3) Haul boat
4) Have bottom pressure washed
5) Winterize engine, fresh water system and head(s)
6) Disconnect solar panels from batteries (I store inside)

That is pretty much it for an over the winter haulout here in Maine.

Before going back in I do the following:

1) Paint bottom
2) Start engine
3) reconnect solar panels and charge batteries as needed

I also do any needed maintenance live varnish and paint work.
