Galley vent

Does anyone know where to buy adjustable vents that are in my galley and main head? I have found mine are frozen and broke one trying to get it to move. They screw up and down by a handle, are probably 4" in diameter and have a travel of probably 3-4 " and look galvanize to me. Thanks.

Those old mushroom vents can be found at the used chandleries but I don't think anyone is making them anymore. Parks (HOPCAR) may have some connections to them.
