There are tons of places in Ft Lauderdale to keep a boat. You did not mention the size, but for proximity to the airport:

Cozy Cove and Royal Palm are both close to the airport on the Dania Canal. Harbortowne is there too but I don't know their liveaboard policy.

Size, draft, air draft are all important as there are lower priced options dependent on all those factors.

Please remember that this area is called the "GOLD COAST" meaning it takes a lot of gold to keep a boat here, buy a house here, pay for hurricane insurance and more.
Rates vary according to time of year and how long you will stay. Short term winter season rates are the highest, year round rates will be the lowest. The closer you are to the ocean the rates are often higher. For instance Marina Bay, as Capt. Bill mentioned is a great, well cared for marina with pool and clubhouse, but at least 45 minutes to get to the ocean.
Yacht Haven is another option that is about four miles up river from the port. There are docks available behind some apartment buildings in the Las Olas Isles that allow live aboards. There are many docks behind private homes but zoning regulations do not allow live aboards. (sometimes the regulations are ignored)

Best to call all of the marinas to get current rates and find out if any have a waiting list.
