Fold up seats

Hello, I recently purchased a Mainship 30 Rumrunner.I was looking at some pics of other boats and saw one that had fold up padded seats hinged to the stern facing the helm.They looked really nice and practical and wondered if anyone knew if they are factory or aftermarket and where to get them.Thanks

Cannot answer if factory or aftermarket but hinged padded seats are not the most complex things to engineer. I'd contact a local upholstery shop and discuss with them if they'd be interested in tackling the project.
