Flooring options instead of Teak

We have a 45ft Sea Ranger Trawler and we want to change out the original teak grid flooring in the bathrooms and showers. Don't like the look and don't like that we have to pick them up all the time to clean under them. Also starting to become water logged. Would like something that is low maintenance, easy to clean, looks good, and may be something we can do ourselves. Any suggestions?

thanks

I installed PlasDeck on our aft & side decks. Don't see why it wouldn't work in a shower... either strips or solid area w cut out for drain.
See the project section of the Bacchus website linked in my signature.

Not many on here have such spacious showers, and certainly don’t have couches in them!

+1 on Starboard Someone on the forum showed a solution where they replaced with starboard. There is some company that makes them if I recall.

That be me and the company was Buck Woodcraft. . Here’s the thread and some pictures. It’s been 10 months and we couldn’t be happier. It cleans well and is solid under foot.
