I received a press release today from Newmar Power Systems saying that the Navy is buying their battery chargers. Not a big surprise, Newmar makes good stuff.

The surprise was that they were to go on drone sub hunting ships. And you thought those little flying drones were annoying, wait until one of these starts to follow you around.

And you thought those little flying drones were annoying, wait until one of these starts to follow you around.

I have to believe that some people are going to be very surprised (and disappointed) in the future when late at night one of these comes barreling at them at 20 Knts. Especially true for smaller sailboats without AIS.
