Bremerton, WA

Anyone here from Bremerton, WA? A newbie needs all the advice he can get. I need to learn too much. It is overwhelming. Let me pick your brain. Thanks.

"I need to learn too much."

I'm not from Bremerton but I can give you a couple of pieces of advice: Watch out for those big grey boats and the little gunships that protect them. They don't have much of a sense of humor.

Welcome to TF. Nice area you live and boat in.

Oh, one more thing....we all like to see photos of other people's boats, where they boat and the owners using the boat. Yours sounds very interesting and pictures would be much appreciated.

Yes, those big grey boats are something I do not want to be very close to. I promise.
I can post photos. The boat is still empty. I will ' move in ' next month. I'll put up some photos into an album.

Not about Bremerton specifically. I just want to chat with sailors in the marina, when I am out there. Just about boating in general. Someone who is my neighbor in the marina.

Passed by battleship USS Iowa in Suisun Bay and in Richmond harbor in recent years but was never challenged or threatened.

It would be nice to pick your brain and learn from you, ' mysticdreamer '. Where is that place for 45 minutes? Which way from Seattle?
