I think a "box boat" (fits in a 40 ft container) would be the best way to do a world cruise.

The boat would have to be pretty boxy for maximum space.

Yes Jones act required US boat for cargo between US ports , no limits for export.

Only if someone wanted a Roomaran, a 2, occasional 4. person boat could be quire sweet and use a std sized box.

For shorter internal land delivery the boat could easily go on a flatbed , no cradle , just chained down.

If you can fit in a standard or even high cube shipping container then it would be cheaper to put it on a truck rather than a ship for this route. And likely quicker.
