I heard the locks were having some work done. Anyone had any issues getting through? Called the lock master and he said the locks are closed to tow traffic but they "should be able to get me through".
That sounded a little iffy! Planning a trip to Galveston from Rockport with my dad and don't want to get turned back at the locks.
