CAT surveyor in Vancouver, BC area?

Anyone knows, or recommend, Caterpillar 3208 engine surveyor in the Vancouver, BC area? This will include oil samples, too.

There's a Caterpillar mechanic in Steveston. "Steveston Marine Services" (604) 274-9825. The commercial prawn boat in front of my boat used this fellow. I have not used him personally.
