Californian 39SL

I am looking very seriously at one of the CA 39SL on the market right now. Does anyone have direct experience with this vintage of Californian? I know those of the past have solid reputation. Things we really like about this length and layout, Sedan, Solid Fiberglass hull, two stateroom, great visibility, galley up, (just ok flybridge), good use of space/function.
Thoughts, comments etc.

We have a 1983 38' Californian motor yacht and absolutely love it. Strong boats.
