Gentlemen, thank you for some very interesting opinions and observations.

I am hoping a broker will save me some time, leg work, and expense. Very simply, I currently live on the west coast , but am looking at boats on the east coast.* I will be heading that way in August*and would like to check out a few boats while I'm there.

That being said, I would like some recommendations for a broker or agent that you folks might have had dealings with that in your opinion is trustworthy.**

*Thanks again for the input.*** KJ

Shoot me an e-mail I'm a broker and have sold one of the boats of a member here "Larry Wilson". I have a long list of references.

RE: Buyer's Broker

Hey Ken:

I'm one of the lucky ones (not a broker) that was befriended by a Broker representing the seller. I was so tickled with the boat he was representing that we ended up having such a good exchange in so many ways. Now, he is our friend, and after the sale he assisted us at every turn, even looked after the boat for 5 months following the sale. There are some great Brokers out there and I think he's one of them. If you're coming to Florida, send me a PM and I'll give you the details on his outfit and everyone there that did great work. Best of luck in your search. -Healhustler
