c'mon guys, if you ran your boat as hard and as often as WSF runs those ferries you would have an occasional breakdown too. Nobody complains when the ferry runs on time (or close) but let one have a breakdown and see what happens.

P.S. I suppose I should state that I do use those ferries fairly often.
