A pretty nice looking rig!* Makes we start wondering* .... if I sell my boat and* ....

I was at the Baltimore TrawlerFest this weekend.* I shouldn't go to boat shows, I always get an urge to buy one of the "character" boats, quit my job and just take off.* This year I was smitten by this one:

WE actually visited aboard that boat when we ran the loop.

US Navy Utility Boat folks swop visits.

Nice , but as a Canadian he felt obliged to build 2X as much cabin as we have.

I guess 9 months of winter and 3 of spring skiing keeps folks wanting loads of indoors.

With 15 ft of open (covered as needed) after deck , we head South before the snow flies.

If course we have a Dickinson Oil fired range , should we leave late in the season.

Last winter in FL we could have run it for 6 weeks!!

AT this point I have seen 6 or 7, 50ft Utility conversions , great fun!!
