Looks nice. I would look carefully at a 1969 with a wood cabin.

A lot of years for glass over plywood. Look closley for leaks.

It's all about how she was maintained.

From the pictures it looks good ( great ) which a little TLC could make it yours for the keeping as long as it doesn't turn into a lot of TLC just to enjoy the usage.

I think I would look at " if I wanted to resell " i.e. if I had it for a couple of years and wanted to upgrade with not being able to unload it, then again you are in a prime location to unload and get your $$ back.*
