Bimini top ?

Working on the hardtop idea from another thread.


But just measured the height of the bimini off the floor it's a bit over 7 feet.


Is there a reason they installed that high, seems to me I can drop it down a bit

Mine is a bit over 7’. With the hardtotop it could be a bit lower since there isn’t much, if any fabric coming down the sides like on a bimini. On a bimini I think they make it so tall in order to be able to see standing up without bending down to see out.

No reason you can't lower it. Just make sure everything is clear and you can see around everything that you need to.
