Well this was a repeat offender that had been issued warnings previously. So I guess that the company got what it deserved.
 
+1 to Cigatoo's comments. I can understand an occasional slip up where you pump some oil overboard but that was not the case with this company.
 
They have a real problem if their bilge water is oily.
 
Oily bilge water that was discovered 1000 feet from the source. This is the polite way of saying several gallons of oil was pumped overboard.
