we just looked at a house up in sequim a couple weeks ago. Pretty cool place sitting on the bluff looking out over the straits. Having a 100' cliff in my front yard made me chicken out. What blew me away was that the current owners mowed right up to the edge.....who does that? I don't want to die mowing my lawn!!!
It is a very cool area though. An obviously dryer climate than just a few miles away...hey wait...where'd that snow come from?
