Conch salad is one of my favorites. When I was a kid in south Florida I could pick up conch out on Biscayne Bay. Hard to find now and illegal to take.

A scene I've watched on countless docks all over the Bahamas. I swear it even looks like the same guy at each and every one of them, a sunset ritual for the boat people.

Good stuff
