Some good sizes float bags and a pump could have her up in a couple hours or so....

Hey... It's got a pre mounted air compressor to blow itself right up! Maybe it's been done before. Talk about 'self righting'!

This tug made it to shore before sinking (south side of Carquinez Strait at Crockett):
