Accepted an offer on my sailboat today

Hi all,
I have been reading and lurking here for a while. I just brought my sailboat back to California from La Paz, Mexico, in order to sell her to make way for a trawler. So today I accepted an offer on my boat, only to find that a Californian that I am lusting after received an offer today also! So tomorrow I will also make an offer on the Californian. I know that there are plenty of boats out there if this doesn't work out, but I feel like this is the one, so wish me luck. I've been looking at lots of boats while selling my sailboat, which I will miss.

Good luck on selling and buying, Bill. Just keep in mind that if you get scooped on this Californian, there are a lot of boats out there looking for new owners.

No doubt you'll miss your CSY - that's a mighty fine sailing yacht, IMO.
