My forward airconditioner works fine but the pan it sits in is so rusted and corroded its leaking condensate water and making a wet mess. I assume I will just need to replace it, but thought I'd throw out a Hail Mary to see if anyone had an alternate suggestion.

Odd you can but a 12000 btu window unit for $200 but a 12000 btu marine ac is 2 grand.

Just change the pan if everything else works. Order from factor or have one made

Find a sheet metal shop and have one made in stainless steel . Put unit inside new pan .

Not really odd, there are big differences. And a 12K BTU marine unit is more like $1500.

You can buy a new OEM pan, have one made or make one yourself. This is a great application for plastic.
