Tom, Thanks for that info. I get the emails from USACE but haven't read them because I'm still down south. I'll be home on 3/8 and had planned a quick trip up the Snake. I guess it will have to be a quick and short trip! I'd hate to get caught above Ice Harbor and not be able to get my boat back down there for a month!
