Suggestions For Cruising The South Puget Sound

Planning to cruise the south sound for 5 days starting Aug 1. Have been to Gig Harbor previously. Definitely going back but looking for suggestions where else to go with interesting things to see/do. Thanks.

Hi Tom,

One of my favorite anchorages in South Puget Sound is McMicken Island (state park). Hope island is also popular as is Jarrel's cove marina on the north end of Harstine Island.

Swantown Marina in Olympia would another good spot with lots to visit within easy walking distance (farmer's market, several restaurants).
